Client Responsibilities
By working with us, you agree to:

Follow Facebook (Meta) and WhatsApp advertising policies
Approve ad creatives, copies, and strategies before launch
Ensure your product or service complies with applicable laws
Any delays or issues caused by incorrect information or policy violations will not be our responsibility.
Payments & Fees
Service fees are discussed and agreed upon before starting any work
Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
Ad spend paid to Facebook/Meta is separate from our service fees
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
No Guarantees
While we aim to deliver the best possible performance, we do not guarantee:
A fixed number of leads
Sales or conversions
Approval of ads by Facebook or WhatsApp
Advertising results vary based on market conditions, audience behavior, and platform policies.
Intellectual Property
All ad creatives, strategies, and content created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reuse, resell, or distribute this material without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Business losses, revenue loss, or missed opportunities
Account bans or ad disapprovals by Facebook or WhatsApp
Technical issues beyond our control
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if:
False or misleading information is provided
Platform policies are violated
Payment terms are not followed
Clients may also discontinue services by providing prior notice, subject to agreed terms.
